"CHULO" (चुलो) is a Nepali word that translates to "stove" or various cooking devices with different names in modern times, used for preparing food. "NEPALI CHULO" (नेपाली चुलो) represents the authentic essence of Nepali cuisine, rooted in the rich history of Nepalese cooking. Here, we offer our guests typical Nepali and Newari food accompanied by traditional Nepali cultural dance, folk music, and various other cultural performances that showcase the diversity of over 100 distinct ethnic groups from different communities in Nepal.
