Shaligram Hotel And Spa

Shaligram was a part of Prime Minister & Maharaja Juddha SJB Rana’s palace compound. The national zoo was in fact his private zoo, later donated to the people of Nepal. Shaligram still houses a cottage built in 1898 which was one of the outhouses of the palace, it is now a part of Helios Wellness Clinic. Further, Shaligram has been a sanctuary for Tibetan refugees when they had to leave Tibet on exile. This place has served many distinguished guests over the course of the past two centuries. In the year 1997, we converted this compound into the Shaligram Hotel & Spa, and we would be honoured if you make it your home on your visit to Nepal.
