Machermo Lodge & Bakery

Established in 1996, Machermo Lodge & Bakery, formerly known as Namgyal Lodge, has been serving trekkers for many years. It has earned a strong reputation in the region for its food quality, hospitality, hygiene, and infrastructure. The lodge offers a breathtaking view of the enormous Machermo peak and Pharilapcha at its summit, as well as Cholatse, Tabuche, Khangtega, and Thamserku down the valley. Two ridges on its sides, perfect for acclimatization walks, provide a wonderful view of Mount Everest. The surroundings include cattle grazing fields and a beautiful running stream, making it a truly spectacular location. Guests can experience Sherpa hospitality at its finest, and there is also a safe camping site on the premises.
