In keeping with the increasing awareness of the connection between food, health, and the environment, we use locally sourced/grown ingredients from organic farms or our own garden as far as possible. We use no chemicals or preservatives in our products, employing traditional methods as far as applicable to enhance the healthful quality and natural flavors of our food and juice.
